We work on an array of projects ranging from fiction to non-fiction books, memoirs, e-books, copy and content writing and strategy. For our brilliant editing to shine we must understand the dream of the client to interpret the vision expertly using our skill and creativity.

Understanding the lines and symmetry that co-join content creation and content curation will equate to a powerful strategy offline and online across all value touchpoints. You will work on our brand content as well as our clients content ideation, strategy, and implementation. Your confidence, creativity and understanding of customer needs and psychology should be brought to bear. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and very good understanding of social media platforms.

As a Social Media and Content Manager with The CopyShift Creatives you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content. You will manage the overall online presence of our brand and that of our Content Management clients.


Social Media Strategy

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and drive traffic to key platforms and channels.
  2. Stay informer about trends and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Creation

  1. Create compelling, share-worthy and shareable content for various platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive content.
  2. Proficiency with Canva and Magic Studio to produce visually appealing content 

Content Curation

  1. Research related brands, trends and content that align with overarching objectives of own brand to a catalogue third party content and relay to our own audience creatively, positioning own brand as a cornerstone brand 
  2. Stay up to date to industry news, events and trends in order to curate in relevant and timely manner.

Community Management 

  1. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the online communities within brand jurisdiction
  2. Manage brand perception, audience expectations and respond to comment, messages, inquires in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting

  1. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools 
  2. Provide regular reports on defined metrics using insights to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.

Content Calendar Management 

  1. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms
  2. Work to create and coordinate content creation efforts to align content with marketing campaigns and business objectives 

Brand Voice and Consistency:

  1. Ensure the brand’s voice and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms
  2. Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all content produced 

Campaign Management 

  1. Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and achieve goals
  2. Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.


  1. Proven experience in social media management, content creation and creation
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  4. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about content and social media campaigns 
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising
